We had been looking for an agent, found Karolyn Tochterman and she did everything and went to bat for us to find our dream house!! I truly have all the upmost respect on how quickly our house sold, she had homes all lined up to our liking, truly such a wonderful individual on how patient she was with my family and there craziness as well!! We were current tenants living at a house they were showing and they came into our house without even announcing themselves and then came into our room while we were sleeping and continued to show the house like we werent even there. Not only did they do that once but twice. And we didn’t even know the house was up for sale so we had to leave on a moments notice. The agents name was Elisa Jo Eagan. Very unprofessional.

We dealt with several terrible agents from different places before finding Evalinda here at Balsley Losco. She took great care of us.
