Gregg was a pleasure to work with. He assisted our out of province home purchase by being readily available to do tours last minute, used technology to help us see the homes virtually and provided great advice navigating the interesting real estate market we are in. Given the competitive market we were nervous we would not find a home to purchase. However, we were successful in the first and only offer we submitted, and did not have to wait months to find a home. This was a huge deal for us as we were on a time crunch.
