Office personnel, Chandler, and Kirk were informative, explaining all materials and process. The young man who did repairs was wonderful as well. She walked us through the whole insurance process, came out to meet the insurance person to make sure they took note of everything and was super patient with all our questions. Kaitlyn was in touch through every step of the process, and on the day of the actual roof replacement, their team started first thing in the morning and were done by lunch time. And the roof looks great!
