I got a prescription for an inhaler, one use in and it failed on me, there was nothing the pharmacy could do for me but tell me to call the manufacturer, i did that and got nothing from it. I called the pharmacy and asked to put a note in to never sell me this again, today my wife picked up a prescription when she got home i called and asked if i could swap it out, they told me if you come right now (im already at work) i said thats impossible can we do tomorrow they replied no sir just today and the notes werent taken. We can sell you the right one but insurance wont cover will be full price 🤦🏽‍♂️
