Tyler and his workers were polite and as quiet and quick as possible! We had an upstairs bathroom flood down into the kitchen ceiling, and they made it look like it never happened! They were very patient with our many questions, and always kept us updated on what was happening or going to happen. So grateful for these guys!

We recently had water damage due to a faulty dishwasher. The insurance company were dragging their feet. After a month of waiting the insurance company finally authorized water mitigation. Tyler from Restoration Pro LLC called me the same day and within an hour he was at my house. He tracked down all the moisture and water damage and started the mitigation process. He and Brandon came back the next day and started the tear down process due to water damage and to thoroughly dry our flooring, sub floors, crawlspace and inner walls. They were very thorough and extremely careful during demo. Throughout the entire process they would clean and make sure everything was to our liking and done correctly. I was so pleased with the service I chose to use them for the rebuild. They were amazing!!! JR, Tyler and Brandon are very experienced professional and they make sure the jobs is done right. I even had them put in a shower in my bathroom. They are wonderful people, their work is amazing and I would be happy to use them again for general remodel or repair services. Thanks for taking such great care of us and making sure our home was fully restored and making the process easy for us. You have gone above and beyond and my family and I appreciate it!

Restore Pros were great to work with. Very quick / same morning response to get fixing our room with water damage. Explained everything that caused it & what they did to repair it. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. Thanks Arch & team !
