Cristina GrigoreBought a 6ft (1.80m) Christmas tree on the 22nd of December. I said to the guys at the self check out that the price is wrong and that I should pay less, but they said no and that the price is £70. I got home just to see on the bottom of the box that it was, in fact £45 because it had some damage. Meanwhile, I've been sick and been away with my family. I went with the receipt on the 3rd to claim the £25. One of the 3 men who was "handling" the problem was smiling sarcastic at me and another guy of colour (with American accent if I'm not wrong) was extremely rude and questioning me what did I do from the 22nd until the 3rd. I should have called the police for the way they talked. All 3 men asked me to come with the tree because the receipt wasn't enough. So I have to pay for cabs to go back and pick up the 6-foot tree and come back to the shop to get the £25. So I have to waste a lot of time and money for the employees' mistakes. A lot of distress. I will complain as far as possible for all this. I'll definitely return the product and never buy from this shop again. I do not recommend this shop. I must mention that while I was there, loads of customers were coming for different claims and complaints.
