Place is full of variety like any other place. But there are lot of irregularities like pricing not clear sometimes on all the items and few items do not have a clear code that ends up not getting billed. There is no way around for that. Staff not available all the times that increases time of billing at the counter. Trolleys not available inside at the stairs entry. No express counter for items less than 5. Place is usually clean and sanitized. Need to manage the place more efficiently. Stocks are managed well. Even for smallest list it might take 15 min to get things billed but still one of the best Stores in Bhiwadi.

One of worst experience,I had experienced today. Please check details: 1.As per the display board ,The store closing time is 10:00 PM but Suddenly at 8:30 PM ,the store persons and their supervisor asked to leave ,so I tried hurry up to complete shopping at 8:45. Why your store did not follow your scheduled time ? 2.When I reached at billing counter,the counter cashier left from the counter. I requested to other counter person and their supervisor but they did not listen. They busy to billing a high amount grossery and neglected me. When I asked to complete the billing or not,the supervisor said no one there,so can go without the grosseries. Why there was deficit of counter Biller? Why is the Supervisor irresponsible ? 3.After 20 min,a counter biller/cashier and fastly close the billing,But when I tried to exit,I saw the Main Door was locked and this way is near to outside exit and outside parking area. Store person said,it was closed near by 8 pm. Why the main gate was closed ,before scheduled time? If customer are inside the mall,why did they open the main door for exit? 4.As the door was closed,I moved for other side to exit with full trolley grossery. this way is far distance from the outside parking. So i went outside for bringing two wheeler and when I came to ground parking area,the Good person asked forcefully for giving parking charge,when I elaborate all the difficult sitiation which was created by reliance smart superstore ,he didnt want to listen and told me immediate remove the two wheeler with anger loud voice,however I was afraid and quickly run with grossery in my two wheeler. So many store person observing this but no one have response against this unethical behaviour. Why this type behaviour to customer? Hope! Reliance smart super store team can change their worst culture to a culture in future.
