After a lovely afternoon stroll, we called in here for a drink and bite to eat. We weren't massively hungry, and so we decided to get 3 items from the starters section. We chose the deep fried cauliflower, Greek meatballs, and the artisan bread with dips. All three were absolutely delicious, we were so impressed by how good they were. The service was excellent too, and very friendly. We would highly recommend eating here, whether for a snack or a main meal.

Really THE BEST vegan experience out here in Maastricht! As a non - vegan eater, the food was so good, made me forget that it is 100% plant based! Even kiddos and adults who are not big fans of vegetables, will fall in love with this! Employees were so nice and accommodating, even to families with children! The menu is very diverse and prices are affordable, so there will always be something for any taste or budget :) If you're ever in Maastricth, DO take time to come here and make a reservation! The walk to the restaurant, along the river is very beautiful, so you can get here by foot or bike relatively quickly! For those who drive, there is also some parking places available, so no need to worry about that! Can recommend it, will ABSOLUTELY come again! Thank you Bar Verde, for such a lovely and delicious experience 😋🥰 No food foto, because I couldn't resist the delicious aroma😂.

Ups, we did it again 3 generations eat in this place and everybody leaves happy despite not being vegan 🤭. Out of this world are the arancini. If I had not tried it I would not believe that vegan dessert could convince me but cheese cake as well as chocolate cake were better than many "originals". Keep on cooking
