My barber always takes the time to listen to what I want and delivers a perfect cut every single time. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and relaxed—exactly what you want when getting a haircut. The worst skin fade I ever had. I know you guys work hard but this is unacceptable for a $32 cut plus I gave an $8 tip. I didn’t notice the back until I got home or I would have said something. Older guy cutting hair isn’t too friendly. I tried explaining but I noticed he wasn’t wanting to listen to how exactly I wanted it and was telling me I was wrong yet I always get my hair cut like that, just the picture I showed him it was already styled. No ask for hairspray, gel, no powder to freshen you up. I felt like an inconvenience to them. I honestly want a refund. Owner please respond. Edit: As you can clearly see, the owner skips this review and responds to only the positive reviews. They don't care about customer service or treating repeating customers right when they mess up. Avoid this place, don't make my mistake.

Got a good clean haircut from Albert. He offered to take pictures for future reference. Professional, they accepted walk-ins, and take credit and cash (more helpful). I recommend if you are near Rittenhouse. I’ll be back again.
