If you stress about your dog being taken care of while you’re away or need help while your dog is still an 80lb puppy/bull in a china shop, the B&B team is the answer. We never used boarding service or daycare with our last pups, but now we’ll never NOT use them. Leaving our dog with trained professionals who supervise play, utilize necessary and proportionate kennel time, and provide great feedback is the peace of mind we needed while trying to get our big guy Chowder to be a well trained boy. Big thanks to this team.

I wish I could give 5 stars. I had very high hopes for this place given the great reviews, but when I picked our pup up she smelled awful (what do you expect when they’re with other dogs right?) she had poop all in between her paws, the smell was unbearable. I had to wipe her down with half a pack of baby wipes before we left our parking spot. I just wish they would have called me and let me know and I would have asked them to at least wash her paws before pick up. When it comes to my dog I do not mind paying extra. I’m sure she had a great time and the pictures/updates are such a nice feature! I think the place is nice overall. The smell is a bit strong when you first walk in so I would highly recommend some smell good’s up front. Other than that I’m just grateful our pup had somewhere to stay while we attended an important event. I would recommend them but they need to notify owners of anything out the ordinary.

Bark & Biscuit cannot receive enough praise from me. Throughout my life I have boarded and trained my dogs at various locations across WI, FL, AZ, WY, and CA. They are the best training and boarding business I have had the pleasure of using. Highly, highly recommend! (my dog was enrolled in their Dream Dog Program and I also board him there when I go on vacation or travel for work)

We had an incredible experience with Bark and Biscuit! Our Bernese Mountain Dog, Maple, had never been boarded before, so we were a little nervous — but those nerves quickly disappeared. She was so well taken care of and clearly loved by the staff. I especially appreciated the daily recaps; they gave us so much peace of mind and let us feel connected to her even while we were away. It’s clear the team genuinely cares for the dogs they look after. We’re so grateful for the care they showed Maple — we wouldn’t hesitate to bring her back again!
