Our trainer Graham was great at teaching us the tools.we needed to train our dog. All of his recommendations and training techniques were successfull for us when diligently applied. He followed up with us and taught us new tips and strategies when I asked if we could teach the dog some.new skills. We were engaged and excited to do the daily training work needed to make the behaviour goals we wanted. We achieved everything we had wanted to in the end by following Graham's guidance. Graham was great, It worked for us. I would highly recommend.

We have only spent two hours with Bark Buster's trainer, Graham, and the results are incredibly positive, life-changing, and unbelievable. Our neighbors and household members commented on these changes within minutes of applying their methods. The key is for the owners to apply these methods consistently. I do not like to use the word 'methods' because, as a whole, this is how we should love and treat our dogs for their well-being and a long, healthy, happy life. Graham is an incredible trainer and a lovely person, as well as heroic if you follow his professional and personal journeys on his social media pages. He cares about your dog, your household members, and the dog's owners. He has passion and love for what he does. I have read the few negative reviews Bark Busters has, and I understand that not everyone has the same experiences as clients or feels that their methods may not be suitable for their breed or dog. However, you need to be open-minded and understand the logic and science behind their methods. I do not find any of their methods harsh, harmful, or make a dog fearful of their owners. It's not about growling and just throwing pucks (which do not ruin your floors, as I read in previous reviews). It's all logic; the training is based on how your dog's mother would treat and correct them. There is no punishment involved, despite what I read in the negative reviews; there is correction and praise involved. The praise goes far beyond the correction. Graham also takes the time to teach owners how to truly love their dogs by teaching us how and what to feed them, how to interact with them, how to play with them, and how to care for their health, among other things. Parents truly love their children, a sentiment that aligns with Bark Busters' approach. These methods and our experiences have altered our perspective and the underlying logic. I mentioned parenting because parents should be doing the same with their children. Their methods are based on how a parent would teach, correct, and praise their children and care for their health with love and care. I look forward to continuing to learn from Graham and Bark Busters, even though, after two hours, we feel we are good to go. We all work for a living to survive by making money, but when you interact with someone like Graham, who loves their job and your clients with such passion, it doesn't make you feel like a client. Graham makes you feel like he is helping you and spending time together with your dog. The cost is an extreme bargain; in the long run, in your dog's lifespan, you will pay more than Bark Buster's fees as this is a lifetime guarantee for your dog. Additionally, with all that you learn about nutrition, health, and care for your dog, which is closely tied to training, you end up saving a lot more than the cost of the training itself. I highly recommend Bark Buster's trainers and their teachings on how to love and care for your dog, especially Graham, who is a fantastic trainer and person.

Graham has been an amazing help for our two dogs. He is patient, knowledgeable and focuses on the solutions vs. the past/problems. He helped us with behavioural training but also had great advice regarding diet and lifestyle of our dogs. He is quick to respond to all our questions and you can tell he truly loves his job! We saw immediate results with our dogs and training them has been a lot fun! Graham has changed our life for the better and I highly recommend him!
