I highly recommend Cheke and Co. First time buyer- level 2 survey. Shaun carried out my survey quickly, at the best price I could find and explained everything clearly the same day. The full report arrived the next day and he even gave me his direct number for any follow-up questions. He was also at hand to answer questions I had three weeks after the survey. Clare in the office was also very helpful in passing on my concerns beforehand. The survey revealed important details that wasn’t revealed to me and this helped me to negotiate a price reduction. Excellent service from start to finish! Thanks again.

Extremely professional company. What was particularly impressive was that we recieved a full report within 24 hours of the survey being done. There have also been follow up emails to ensure we were happy with the service and offering the facility to discuss any aspects of the report we needed clarification on. Would definitely use again and would recommend them to anyone needing a survey.

Chancellors Place RTM

We initially enquired with Cheke & Co in October, and Rachel was very helpful at taking our enquiry. She advised us that the surveyors were away at the time, but they would get back to us upon their return, which was fine. It was agreed that in the meantime I would put together all the documentation they would initially need to help us, or at least give us a quote for their services. I followed up on this several times over the following weeks but did only received a message back to say one of the surveyors would get back to me soon. After 5 weeks, 3 of which the surveyors had been back, someone requested access tot he files we initially supplied. Feeling hopeful someone was finally looking into the enquiry, access was promptly granted. A week later we still heard nothing. All in all the only communication we got in 6 weeks was from Rachel who every time advised us that she had asked the surveyors to contact us, however sadly this never came. I feel requesting additional permissions to view files, followed by not even bothering to communicate in any way is rude at the very least, and no way to run a company. If they were unable to assist, a simple phone call, or even email, would have been sufficient to at least let us know. A real shame as we always look to use local services where possible, but sadly this one was a complete waste of time.
