Truly a great team that exceeded my expectations in every respect. Prior to calling you guys, I was dreading the whole probate process. In fact, we have a family trust with another local firm in Norman and, after accepting a retainer and delaying for several months, they bailed on the project and suggested we call Barrett Legacy Estates. From my very first call to your office to completion of the process and disbursement of assets, I was treated with empathy, respect, and complete transparency. When I first spoke to Kimberly, she clearly outlined the process and gave me a sense of confidence that I had chosen the right firm. She is knowledgable, easy to talk to, and a great spokesperson for the practice. My case was handled by Chloe Lubbers, a recent graduate and a new attorney to the practice. The idea of putting together a trust may seem daunting, and we’re glad we chose Barrett. Every step of the process was clearly explained and made easy for us. Matti and our attorney Chloe were very personable and knowledgeably answered all of our questions. They also made sure our daughter was informed on her part and will feel comfortable coming to them in the future when it’s time for next steps. Have not used many lawyers in my life but it is hard to imagine one more patient and thoughtful than Tyler. He was willing to take my case when I was dropped by another lawyer and explained the process 100x better than the other firm did. He allowed me to grieve and work at my own pace to complete probate and close the estate.
