We reserved a Stump Grinder for this Saturday Oct 11th. Received a call the "reservation is no longer available". I asked "How did that happen" and there was no response. I was told they could help try and source one elsewhere? Did they rent it out to a better client for a longer period? I'm sure if the grinder required repair or maintenance they would have told me. Very disappointed to say the least. Not sure what makes me more upset, not getting the Stump grinder or having to find a new Rental place going forward.

We booked in for a trencher and when we arrived it was gone. So what's the point in booking if you're doing first come first serve? What a crazy way to run a business.
