Jeff GarnerWe reserved a Stump Grinder for this Saturday Oct 11th. Received a call the "reservation is no longer available". I asked "How did that happen" and there was no response. I was told they could help try and source one elsewhere? Did they rent it out to a better client for a longer period? I'm sure if the grinder required repair or maintenance they would have told me. Very disappointed to say the least. Not sure what makes me more upset, not getting the Stump grinder or having to find a new Rental place going forward.

Steve MillerI was quite happy with my experience here. I rented a tool, the best one we “thought” might work for my needs, however it didn’t really do the task well so it was returned fairly quickly. The staff acknowledged and apologies for that fact it wasn’t really the right tool for the job and unexpectedly offered me savings on the rental, which I told them it wasn’t their fault it didn’t do what I’d hoped, to help because of the situation. They could have charged me full rate as it wasn’t the tool, or companies fault, but it was impressive customer service, and I appreciated that above all else. Thank you, my experience was great.
