They really need to improve their communication skills. We were sent confusing emails that were either inapplicable, irrelevent, or had to do with file(s) that we had not yet received. We were left scrambling to close the deal. It would have been nice if they had given us a better timeline of when to move the money. It seems as though they are a jack of all trades kind of firm and maybe prone to missing important details. Mildly infuriating to work with. Nice people though - which is great if that's all you value.
