I used this law firm for immigration 5 years ago. Today, they send me a bill because they wrote me a letter asking if I wanted to keep the original documents and pick them up or have them shredded. Apparently it took 2 days to write the letter at a cost of $123. I would think a small letter or email to me asking me this question wouldn't need to be charged to me. Maybe they are hurting to collect fees. Definitely after this situation would not recommend the firm.
JoAnn is one of the best lawyers I know! I highly recommend her. Everyone in the office is friendly too :)
