I had the pleasure of working with Grant Anderson, Foundation Specialist at BASEco, and I could not be happier with the experience. Grant was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. His crew showed up on time and carried out the work with great care. At my home, they repaired a large foundation crack by sealing it and adding carbon fiber straps for strength. They also replaced an unstable stack of blocks under a main beam with a proper stabilizer jack post, making the support much safer and more reliable. The entire process was smooth, and I now feel much more confident about the stability of my home. I recommend BASEco for anyone needing foundation repairs, they are true professionals who do the job right.

Grant Anderson at BASEco was amazing!! We had a home inspection completed that showed some settling in a home we were selling. He was right on time to the appointment, and gave us a competitive bid!! What really impressed me though is that when he measured the movement in the foundation he was happy to let us know that the movement we were experiencing in the home was very normal settling, and he let us know that installing a rain gutter along one of the roof lines was all that he would recommend. He still gave us a bid just in case we wanted to make sure it would never move again, but he assured us that installing piers was not necessary!!
