I met my new friend Ibrahim here, and it also gave me a new understanding of luxury salespeople. I have been to Rolex stores in many cities in the United States to find a suitable watch, but every time I was treated coldly by the salespeople. This time when I came to Dubai for tourism and walked into the store, Ibrahim warmly welcomed me and my family. Today is the third time we have come to the store. I found the watch my wife likes. After the payment was successful, Ibrahim took us to visit the exhibition hall on the fourth floor and introduced us to the history of Rolex watches. This is a perfect shopping experience!!!

I also understand and respect the high standards Rolex maintains in its manufacturing process. However, as a loyal admirer of the brand who has been on the wishlist for over a year without a single follow-up, the experience has unfortunately left me disappointed. My repeated visits and interest were never met with any meaningful update — which makes me feel like a valued customer in words, but not in action. I’m still very much eager to own my first Rolex and truly hoped it would come from your boutique in Dubai Mall.
