Not much collections for people and offers are limited to specific models which are in less quantity or old stocks. Other city branches have more options and new collections whereas this one does not have. Staffs are not that much helpful in this branch especially with the billing section. If you want to purchase good products then then don’t visit this shop now.

Overall, Bata is a decent option if you’re looking for durable and classic footwear. However, if variety, trendiness, and value for money are priorities, you might find better alternatives elsewhere. It’s a good store for basics, but it could greatly benefit from expanding its range and updating its collections.

I have spent nearly 15 minutes in the shop to purchase. ( 11. 30 am )I am alone. There's no other customers also. Nobody has responded and also. I have never feel such a bad experience. I am very much disappointed and also never visit the shop at any time. At the same time I went to Pallikaranai branch and done my shopping very happily with good service
