I bought one sandal for 1700 Rs and it creates sweating from the day it was bought. Before three months, it got damaged and when I contacted the customer care, he asked me to go within ten days of the complaint. I was out of station and I went on the 9th day of my complaint, the store guy simply said it's almost three month and two days sir, we can't do anything. I stopped using that sandal because this worst service. Fake customer care service and worst quality, don't go for Bata products!

Worst customer service by the salespersons. They behave rudely to customers. They treat customers like as if they have come to buy things for free. They don't give you the size you ask. You are not allowed to keep one slipper on hold and look for others. If you are taking one, you should buy it. Else they won't service you. If you go, you should just see for 5 minutes and buy without asking anything. Only then the service guys will offer service. Else they will simply keep shut and ignore your presence and questions. They are spoiling the business of the store.

They have now appointed salesguys who are very irresponsible and very disrespectful. They treat customers so badly and they don't have manners. They demand customers to buy what they offer. If customers ask for a different size, they deny to offer service. Don't visit this showroom. Visit someother showroom in Coimbatore.
