I refute the Previous review completely, I bought a (High Quality) leather Holdall there in February and found the Shop filled with top standard products and was guided through my enquiries professionally & Extremely politely by the Proprietor who certainly knew his products in every detail. Can't recommend it highly enough.
Tried to buy a passport holder. I asked to see it multiple times as I was interested in feeling the quality and sending a photo to a friend for their thoughts. Owner refused to let me inspect despite being a serious buyer. Not surprised the store was totally empty. Horrible service. Mediocre products.
We found this place and it had crystal specimens in the window. We were flabbergasted by the quality and various materials they stocked. Howeved we really struggled to communicate with the sales rep. He clearly struggled to understand what we were saying, and most.of the crystals weren't priced, so we relied on our crystal knowledge to figure out what minerals they were. It felt like the prices he told her were completely random and he wasn't sure what he was even selling. I'd visit again, but not for the customer service.
