Bathrooms Liverpool

Bought a whole bathroom from these guys inc an extra washroom, top quality products including the wall boards. The gutters were great, unfortunately one of the soft close toilet lids went a bit wonky and stopped working, I knew they were out of warranty but I went back to buy a replacement, Tony the owner was so helpful in identifying the correct lid and much to my surprise said it was FREE OF CHARGE what a great service that was. Really great experience from start to finish. Michaela was fab and spent ages with me on my first visit to the store, answering my questions but also giving me plenty of time to browse everything and make decisions. After my visit, she answered all my questions really quickly via WhatsApp, which made the process much easier than needing to call up/visit store. All products were good quality and looked great and she kept me updated quickly when everything came in stock etc. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service today. I wasnt sure on radiator valves for my plumber so they offered me all 3 and told me just to bring back the ones i dont need, purchased a new sink, cabinet, and toilet last week too, lovely helpful staff, and the best thing was they hold plenty of stock, radiators too, brilliant shop!!
