Our home inspection was super detailed and thorough. Excellent explanation of any issues or things that needed to be looked at or explained. We even got our report that day which was crazy fast. I highly recommend them and would 100% use them again!

Very considerate and professional. Explained the whole procedure for what might need fixing. However, I was charged more because I'm in Manhattan, which I kind of expected, but was not in their advertising. Over all a good experience.

Waste of money. I found problems that the inspector didn’t find. Inspector did not check main sewer line, did not check or have any details concerning the extra oil tank that I found and brought to his attention, did not check attic except for the area immediately opening to the attic — did not have the proper tools for an inspection (like a camera to view spaces he couldn’t reach or fit in). The water pressure was low and choppy and inspectors explanation was the faucet needed to be changed—- there was no checking of plumbing pipes (this is an extra fee). All photos were taken on his phone. I am no more knowledgeable after this inspection than I was before the inspection. I also paid a significant extra fee to check for mold. Although inspector told me there’s definitely mold, I have no clue where—- no photos, and no specific checks for areas that may contain mold like the attic. All he did was an air test which takes 2-3 days for results to come back. I really thought it would be much more thorough especially for mold as we have kids considering the price paid. I could’ve bought an air quality test for $10 on Amazon instead of paying an additional almost $300. Finally, the report sent has general pictures. If I wanted to replace portions of the roof that are problematic, there are no close up pics to point out those portions. This is just not what was expected at all for the price.

I take everything back I said about this organization! One month after closing our painter found a leak in the living room/dining room area. At first, I found it strange that the inspector did not go on the roof to thoroughly inspect the shingles and skylights. Nonetheless, when the roofer came over he saw that roof was completely shot! When they began to rip the roof they found that all the sheeting was saturated and developed mold. Besides the roof being shot two of the three skylights were shot as well. If the inspector would have done his job, this issue would have been addressed before closing. Unfortunately, the burden fell on us. It was an expensive lesson! But it will not happen again. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company!

These guys are great, they were right on and pointed out everything that needs to be fixed. Keep it guys and can’t wait to recommend all my friends to you.

I assumed these inspectors would know a thing or two about things. We had serval issues that appeared after closing. From people telling us the broiler door should be metal and not wood to now having no gas service because the gas company noticed a violation. Our inspector said the only faulty thing was a couple of outlets…now we’re out thousands when this could’ve been addressed before our closing date. Terrible.
