After dealing with Farmers insurance for weeks with no success I contacted Bud Bauer with Bauer car connection and got an evaluation on my totaled 2013 Prius. Once I gave the evaluation to my insurance company they increased the amount they were offering, but not for the full amount. So I called Bud again seeking advice. He told me exactly what I should do and what I should say to them, along with his assurance that if this requires going to arbitration he will take care of everything needed for using the "arbitration clause" of my policy. However that wasn't necessary, because within 48 hours after I contacted Farmers armed with the name "Bud Bauer" as my arbitrator and the advice he gave me, I received an updated offer for the full amount of my evaluation! I would not have received fair treatment, or the full amount from Farmers without the help of Bauer car connection. The service they provide is essential for getting a fair settlement from insurance companies, and if I ever have another auto claim again I will not hesitate to use them. I highly recommend Bauer car connection to anyone who is making a claim with their insurance company. Called Bauer Car Connection when my insurance company low balled my car appraisal. Bud gave me a good run down about what to expect if I hired him to do the appraisal and let me know if he thought it was worth pursuing. In the end, my car was appraised for quite a bit more than what was originally offered by my insurance company. I just purchased a classic BMW M6 from Bauer Car Connection as a result of an auction on Bring A Trailer. The experience was 100% positive. I found Bud, the owner to be amazingly honest and helpful. His reputation precedes him and his pride in only selling the best cars comes through loud and clear. I spoke to Bud several times during the auction and subsequent closing process and the experience was first class. Every representation made about the vehicle was 100% honest and accurate. He even volunteered numerous things about the car that I didnt inquire about, some of which were negatives, just to be sure that he was representing the car accurately and honestly. His approach was so refreshingly forthright and rare in this business. His assistant Stacy is also a tremendously helpful person. She even volunteered to meet the transport driver on a Sunday afternoon to help load the car for shipment. This was an excellent experience from start to finish!
