I recently had an appointment at Bay Premier and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front desk staff and even the Doctor himself!! The office was clean, modern, and inviting, making me feel comfortable and at ease. (Especially for someone like me not being a fan of going to the dentist) The dental hygienist (Janessa) was thorough yet gentle, explaining each step of the cleaning process. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and answered all my questions. Dr. Colucci was equally amazing, taking the time to review my x-rays and even checking in throughout the entire process of my cleaning. They made me feel confident in my treatment plan and genuinely cared about my well-being. If you need a Dentist this is the place to go hands down! See y'all in 6 months.

Today I had my usual appointment and it turned out to be great. They recently had a change in staff but to my surprise it turned out wonderful. The cleaning was the best I had in years. The Dr was also very informative guiding me along the process on what I need to accomplish and what goals we need to proceed with to improve the hygiene of my teeth. If you’re thinking of changing or looking for a new dental spot. This is your calling to make that jump. You will not be disappointed. I rate this place a 10/10. A real place where they care and take great care of you.

I had been going to this office during its previous ownership and I was very happy then. Today I met with Dr. Colucci for the first time and he was absolutely wonderful! He took his time and explained everything to me in detail. He also performed my cleaning as the hygienist was not in today. He was gentle and thorough. Malayah, the assistant was amazing! She was friendly and communicative. She was very gentle with my X-rays and was very easy to chat with. Heather at the desk has been very friendly and extremely accommodating. I had a 9am and was running very late. I called and she rebooked me for 10am without hesitation. The staff is excellent explaining procedures that are needed vs. optional. They break down the costs and show me exactly what is covered and what I would be responsible for out of pocket. This office is beautiful and feels more like a spa than a dental office. They have all state of the art equipment and technology, which made everything seamless and quick. My entire family goes to this dentist and I trust them wholeheartedly.
