We made the decision to convert our bathroom tub to a walk in shower, we researched a number of companies and settled on Bay State Bath, we made the right choice! Everyone was excellent to deal with, from the salesperson to the demo team, to the installers and even the office staff. They listened to what we wanted, gave us some ideas and put together a plan for our conversion. We ran into an unexpected/unforeseen issue with the drain under the floor as the demolition was underway, but the team figured out a way to redesign on the fly, reworked the plan and completed the project beautifully. Things we wanted, a wider shower area (no tub), shelves that were out of the way, grab bars, sliding glass doors and a bench to sit on. We ended up with all of that with and a design that matched the rest of our bathroom perfectly. We highly recommend Bay State Bath for a bathroom renovation and would 100% use them again for another project. Many thanks to the entire BSB team!

From my very first interaction with design consultant Mike, to the installation itself, to follow-up calls from the main office, I was impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and efficiency of this company. Mike made it easy to weigh the pros and cons of the various options and select the best components for my bathroom. He had amazing patience with my endless questions, and his pride in the company really shone through. The installation team was incredibly skilled and efficient and included a plumber, which was reassuring. They carefully covered stairs and floors with tarps so there was never any mess in the house or even in the bathroom itself. They removed the old tub more quickly than I thought possible and checked in with me throughout the process about placement of grab bars, the shelving system, and more. I was bowled over by the beauty and fantastic workmanship of the completed bath/wall system! What a wonderful change from my faded old tub, which had started showing mold along the top edge. I had been nervous about undertaking (what for me was) a major project, but I am so glad I chose to work with Bay State Bath, as they made the process easy. Their prices were competitive with other companies I’d met with, and communication throughout the project was consistent and clear. I have already recommended them to a friend of mine and will continue to recommend them to others moving forward. Thank you once again! I love my new bathtub.
