WOW. I was so impressed by this place. Do yourself a favor and please please stop in here!! The cutest atmosphere, and most delicious food. Meat was cooked to perfection, and pattys were authentic and flavourful. This is going to be our new go-to place. Can't wait to try the other things on the menu.
Possibly the first ever Caribbean restaurant in town. I ordered the jerk chicken and oxtail plates, two essential items in Jamaican cuisine. My impression was that the level of the dishes is comparable to the better outlets in Toronto. The meat was soft and falls off the bone, with flavour infused all the way through. I imagine it would take a long time to cook to achieve this effect. Definitely the place to get your Jamaican fix, or to have your first experience with a new cuisine.
Forgot my lunch and found this place close to the office. Decided to give it a try and glad I did. Had the jerk chicken panini with jerk fries. It was amazing. Will be going back to try other items for sure.
