On March 24th, I made an appointment for my wife and I here for April 10th at 12:00 p.m. The receptionist initially asked if we were available April 3 (today’s date). I told her no, because it’s one of our busiest weeks of the year, and she booked us for April 10th. My wife and I both marked our calendars while I was still on the phone as we both work full-time jobs that are appointment and event heavy. Fast forward to today, I got a call from the receptionist this morning telling us that our appointment is today, so I tried to explain to her that wasn’t the case (and why). She gave me another date and then promptly hung up. Ten minutes later, Dr. Carmona calls me and, very rudely, tells me he’s “burning three hours of my day for you guys.” So I tell him about my exchange with his receptionist on March 24th. He, basically, accuses me of lying. After the phone call, he texts me and tells me I need to “get my dates straight” (see the attached image). I could not recommend this place less. Family and friends recommended we go see Dr. Carmona, but we’ll be telling them about our experience. Plenty of good dentists around—don’t waste your money here.

Our family have been patients of Dr. Carmona for several years. He is a great dentist. He takes the time to explain to his patients exactly what is going on at each visit. He also has an amazing staff. Our dental hygienist Kendra does a great job and is always pleasant . I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone who is looking for great dental service.

I feel much more comfortable having any work done, I even didn't use the gas. 😊 I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Carmona and his staff to anyone, especially people with the same fears as I had. There is more work to be done yet, but I am confident that it will be done with the same care, understanding, and patience he has given me already. I am very happy to have found Dr. Carmona.
