This place was a joke. Just had a short honeymoon in Toledo and I was embarrassed to bring my new bride to what I thought was higher quality. The pool was unacceptable. The room was nice but uncomfortable. The bathroom and shower were tiny. Not happy!!

Against the American with disabilities act (ADA), I was denied booking a room with my service animal. I asked twice about a service animal and was denied.

We stayed in the Cave room. It was very nice. From the multimedia shower with a waterfall , the hot room, to the whirlpool hottub. It was well worth the stay and a short distance from the Casino. Though I can say there was dust on the light fixtures and breakfast wasn't worth getting up for at all. Everything else made up for these issues though.

The water never gets hot enough for the hot tub. The shower does not get hot. The sauna takes over an hour to heat. ||The cleaning g crew came at 8 am and we weren't quite ready for cleaning. We left at about 830 and came back about 7 pm. The cleaning crew never came back, so we had no new towels, our bed wasn't made, and garbages weren't emptied. ||Tried talking to the front desk and the gentleman just said "sorry" and got me some towels. ||What's the point t of saying something to the front desk if they are just going to say "sorry" and not actually fix anything? Why spend so much money on a room when you can't use the hot tub, sauna, or shower?
