Our stay at the hotel was generally pleasant. The staff were very polite and hospitable, which made us feel welcome from the start. We didn’t experience any issues with cleanliness in the room — no bed bugs, cockroaches, or ants, which is always reassuring. That said, the carpet in the corridor wasn’t very clean, and overall the hotel shows its age, so don’t expect a brand-new look. Still, for the price, it was fair value — you get what you pay for.

The front of the motel is inviting with Marigolds filling just about every open space. The lobby is clean, and open, it has a small breakfast nook. Breakfast being included with your stay. They have eggs from the McDonald's next door, fresh made waffles, and other breakfast items from 0600 to 0900. The staff is very helpful. It's actually surprisingly quiet considering it's so close to the Quad Cites International Airport. There is a washing machine, and dryer, small vending area, fitness room, and a desk with a computer available. The swimming pool is closed.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting the lobby looked gross and dingy when we got into our room it had a very distinct mold smell, walking into the bathroom their were worms floating in the toilet bugs all over the floor. The only good experience is the front desk staff was very nice he did offer to switch rooms but I was not willing to stay anymore.

I wanted to love this hotel. The price was good and the photos online were nice. Reality was very different. The lobby counter was torn up, the hallway was dark and smelled the carpet was dirty, and the doors were all dinged up. There were cheap cameras hanging from the ceiling and the pool area was closed. Our room smelled like old smoke and mildew, the bathroom was dirty (soap scum in the shower, hair on the floor, etc), and the room walls were dirty/had holes. I refused to stay there and it took a couple days to get my money refunded. Do NOT recommend.
