This is my first gym membership ever! I Absolutely love attending by you Bayou Bend Wellness Center. What I love most is the instructor led fitness classes! No matter what your experience level, you fit right in! Same with using the equipment. I was intimidated when I first started to use the actual equipment. However with Kirsten and Miltontaking their time to teach me the equipment and their motivational encouragement, I can do more than classes now!

I love it here. It doesn’t feel like the other gyms I've gone to. It’s very welcoming to everyone: young, old, fit or not. The childcare and classes are a HUGE plus. It doesn’t hurt that it’s a beautiful facility.

State of the art really clean staff is very helpful the fitness center is set up for all ages and groups whether you lift,cardio, or want to train in aquatics it has everything you need.
