I was amazed at the professionalism and attention to detail with which my broker, Chris Harrell, conducted my refinance. He expeditiously processed my paperwork and yet I felt no concerns that he was "rushing" the process in any way. He took the time to inform me of next steps and all who would be involved in the process as he reached out every few days even just to provide an update or status report. This was VERY reassuring, as all of our transactions (with the exception of the final signing with an amazing notary, Learleen Henry) was done electronically. Just wanted to share my experience with doing business with Bayshore Mortgage. I've bought a few homes and have done several re-finances in my lifetime and I will honestly say this was the best and easiest process that I've experienced. Starting with Mark Manzo the loan advisor who presented the numbers and was very thorough explaining things. I knew exactly what I was getting with our re-finance loan an incredible rate. In addition Evan Kassem was awesome in following up and communication through the whole process as well. There was never any guessing what was happening and where things stood.
