The staff is pleasant and courteous. I’ve been working with Amber on my knees and she is doing a great job. She has helped me get rid of the pain and back to playing squash. I Would definitely recommend her for any physio needs you might have.

I have been SUFFERING with arthrosis in my lower back and a totally blown out knee ( meniscus and ACL ) I work in healthcare and have been unable to get a consult with an orthopaedic specialist. It’s been 2 years. I have lost months of work and at times cannot stand straight, roll over in bed, bend….. I have fallen and hurt the other knee and have a real hard time with stairs. I have been taking tramadol, KETOROLAC and tylenol 3 ( not at once lol ) I booked a massage and cupping session with Kelsey and after 2 treatments I have not needed ANY PAIN MEDICATION AT ALL and can move better and feel like my old self. I am going to do wet acupuncture with her next . I cannot recommend LIFESPRINGS enough. Kelsey has given me my life back quite literally. I have done physio and standard acupuncture which offered some relief at first but nothing like this . Great team and Stephanie on reception has people skills extraordinaire and her attention to detail and welcoming yet not in your face manner makes the first impression a stellar one.

Lifespring, “not just another physio therapy clinic!!” Over the past several years, they have been a tremendous help dealing with the various injuries, aches and pains!! Amber and the entire staff have been great to work with. This past winter another successful recovery. They offer a great mix of treatment, strengthening videos and advice , not only dealing with injuries and issues, but prevention as well. They are local in Auroa and I would highly recommend them.

Great, friendly clinic! In particular, Amber is a fantastic physiotherapist. My mom has worked with her through a rotator cuff operation over the past 6 months, and with Amber's help has gained back close to full use of her arm, in a miraculous recovery especially for someone of her age. Amber is professional, highly effective, patient and kind. I have also worked with her periodically for the past year and have found her to be excellent.
