There are lots of Animal Hospitals in my local area. My personal experience with them is that they are often more concerned with making a profit, than they are about the welfare of you and your family. Family here includes your pets, because for me they are very much family. I recently returned to Arnold Crescent because my cat was sick, and sadly we could not save him. This gave me an opportunity to see how the doctors at Arnold Crescent respond in a life and death situation. Even though the outcome was not what we had hoped for, we put our trust in Dr Dupont, and he guided us through a very difficult time. I have other cats, and based on my personal experiences at Arnold Crescent I will be bringing my other cats here. If you are looking for a big high tech surgery there are lots of them out there. However, if you are looking for a more personal and professional service maybe Arnold Crescent will be right for you. For me it is all about trust.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. My experience at Arnold Crescent has been phenomenal. I initially came here to attend my bunny. I enjoyed their treatment so much that I decided to switch my dog’s original veterinary in Vaughan to Arnold Crescent. I’ve never experienced such attention and care for both my dog and bunny. They constantly check up on us through phone calls and always get back to me for any questions or concerns. I’ve had to come here for many emergency visits and I always come back home with my pets feeling relieved and taken care of. I highly recommend!

I didn’t realize my previous review was gone, due to some issues with my other account, until I checked today. I’m glad I did, because they deserve ten stars. I hope this review reaches pet parents who are searching for a vet that will love and care for their pets as if they were their own. I first came to the clinic desperate for help after trying three other clinics and six different vets, none of whom could resolve my cat’s wound that kept reopening. By the time I arrived here, I had almost no hope left, and that very same day I was lucky enough to meet Dr. Tarable. He patiently listened to my entire story, even looked at pictures, and gave me thoughtful advice without asking me to book an appointment first. That simple act showed me how genuinely caring he is. Long story short, we booked my cat for surgery with him. It was a long journey after the surgery, and through every step Dr. T was there to support us. Whenever something unexpected happened, he personally followed up, even on his day off. Tell me one other vet who cares that much and treats your pet as if they were his own. Dr. T and his team saved my baby with their expertise, compassion, and true dedication when I had lost all hope. Thank you Dr. Tarable, Ali, Jayne, and all the amazing front desk team for being so patient with me during this time.

Dr. Willow is absolutely incredible and trustworthy. My husband and I have been bringing our little Bengal guy to see her since we got him and she's been outstanding in her transparent and reliable approach. We are always at ease bringing our guy to see her, and we know he is in good hands with her care. We always feel that she has his best interest and we trust that if she recommends something, it is not just a means to charge us. She is kind, gentle, warm, knowledgeable, and approachable. Returns phone calls promptly, and answers any questions and concerns in a way that makes us feel welcome. We are very thankful for her and recommend her warmly.
