Edit: I am editing my review, and no, I wasn’t asked to do so. But when your feedback is taken into consideration and the issue is properly addressed, it is the right thing to do. My trust is restored, and I was assisted promptly and efficiently. When something is good, you come back, and I will shop there again with confidence. Changing my original 1 star rating to 5. I've purchased shoes from this company before and never had any issues. But this time I placed an order and chose the standard shipping plus double box, which cost an extra $9.97. Something told me I should have stuck with the free standard shipping, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. How wrong I was. The shoe itself arrived quickly and is fine, and the box being slightly imperfect is not a major issue. My real problem is with the double box option. The shoe box arrived in just a regular box. The outer box was old, ripped, and clearly used, and it had been opened on sides. It honestly felt like the person packing the order was mocking my request. The double box shipping option feels like a total scam. I will definitely think twice before ordering here again. I genuinely feel mocked by the experience.
