Am visiting Bombay and booked an appointment with their most experienced (and expensive) stylist. Showed her an image of a very simple cut that any ordinary hairdresser could follow - a style that suits my face and somewhat fine hair that I have had done many times before. But I got a lopsided cut where as much as she tried she just could not even get both sides even! That's the least u can expect after forking out 10 grand for a cut and colour. She was working on my hair for ages and even though i said to stop hacking the back she lied saying she was "correcting" it. Instead of a nice round bob that im used to she cut right down to within 2 inch of my scalp in places. The salon has really stupid small mirrors where you cant see what is going on behind and i was SHOCKED to reach my mothers house and survey the mess. The stylist Ujwala (23 years experienced) should be sacked. Hugely disappointed considering I have a special occasion to attend with this seriously bad haircut. They charged me the FULL amount even after ruining my hair. I've been here twice way back when the management was different and had an excellent experience with Adhuna. Now the salon is shabby with peeling paint in places. There were no other clients for a good 1.5 hours after i reached. That should have given me a hint but it was too late by then. Avoid this dump at all costs.
