He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the brand — not just the fragrances, but the skincare too — and he always takes the time to understand what I like. Every recommendation he’s made has been completely spot on. Gauthier has a really warm and welcoming approach and shares his knowledge in a way that feels personal and genuine. You can tell he really cares about giving great service and making sure every visit feels special. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he’s always happy to help. He truly represents Guerlain so well — professional, kind, and passionate about what he does.

Gauthier is just incredible. He makes the shopping experience so informative and fun. This is one of my favourite perfume houses and it’s nice to see the enthusiasm for the brand reflected in its employees.
