Worst agency for flights and tickets. I paid in full and was put on an overbooked flight and all they had to say was arrive 4-5 hours early. That’s unreasonable and unnecessary as no one wants to be at an airport longer than need be to try there luck on a seat for a flight they fully paid for. NEVER USE THEM IS MY RECOMMENDATION!!

I have used BCD as part of my company corporate airport transfers plan for years until this one morning i encountered a loss of monies while on transit from my house to the airport( Only me and the BCD cab driver were in the car all along). It is advisable not to leave your bags especially with easy to pick valuables inside the car when you have to go through pedestrian security checks at JKIA primary screening area. I was not helped as much by BCD to confront the loss, but i will not use BCD airport transfer services ever again.
