Low quality products that they weasel their way out of responsibilites for. If you buy something and don't open it within 30 days of purchase, which is common in this industry, they wont replace it. Two quality issues this year. Gave me a hard time the first time and this time they offered me a 10% off as a courtesy. No joke.There are other brands that have good quality products and they stand behind them. These photos are the "premium" loaders they sell. Both of the 2 packages of the premium top loaders are defective. Gasp.
Ordered a bunch of items, including an "in-stock" 12x800 storage chest. They fulfilled half the order. No explanation as to why the largest item was ignored. I contacted them via email a few days later. I received a response from customer service that it would be fulfilled and ship out in 3-5 days. Fourteen days later, I contacted them again to inquire about the missing item. It took them another 3 days to put the order through and another 3 days to arrive. It showed as "in-stock" the entire time. I'm sticking with UltraPro in the future. The whole experience felt very mom and pop, having to dealing with customer service and chasing them around to get my supplies for three weeks.
We needed a bunch of supplies for an event, and BCW provided us with both incredible customer service and rapid delivery. Brady made a special effort to coordinate with the shipping department and we couldn't be happier with how our order arrived. We'll definitely continue to use them and recommend BCW products!
