Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. BD Electric is easy to work with, communicative and trustworthy. The quote we got was fair and completely lined up to others we got. They were also responsive to our questions and needs, increasing the size of the system after learning about plans to add heat pumps in the future. The folks who did the install were so nice and professional and we absolutely trusted them in our home. We had four different electricians doing the work and they were all great. They went above and beyond - we noticed a leak after the work was done and they came back to inspect it even though it was in a part of the roof that they hadn’t touched. It was definitely not caused by them, but I was really happy they were willing to go the extra mile to confirm. The only hesitation I had was at the very beginning of the project there was a two week gap between signing the contract and setting up the install while they ordered parts and scheduled the work. I didn’t hear from them, but as soon as I requested more communication, they gave me weekly updates. Chris the project manager is so easy to work with and communicative. Julie who handles the permits did a great job of keeping me informed of where we stood with the town and electric company. Brett the owner gives everything a very personal touch. Overall, I’m really thrilled with the outcome and would recommend BD Electric to anyone looking to get solar installed.

It was great doing business with BD Electrical & Solar. Right from the start, Brett keep us up to date on permits, etc and on the day of the install the project went very smoothly. Chris (Project Manager) and his install crew were punctual, courteous and very well organized. We hired BD to add additional solar panels to our array and he was able to integrate the two systems....something that other Solar Contractors said couldn't be done or most likely didn't want to deal with.
