Bharat have provided us with great service for years. We are always on top of our submissions with HMRC some of these like VAT returns (specific to Pharmacies) need to be done monthly which can be cumbersome but once a system is in place the process becomes fairly simple. Any ad hoc queries raised are repsonded in good time and for any complex queries that need further consultation we get informed and updates through out. At the end of year we always get an overview of our performance in the industry (with respect to the general trend) and also possible ways of increasing profitability. Bharat's courtesy and efficiency towards any queries gives us encouragement to engage with him even when sometimes as business owners we just need a second opinion or reassurance on a matter.
