Jerry and Colton did an amazing job on installing my windows. They were efficient and thorough. Having new windows has changed the environment of my house. My house is no longer HOT with the warmer temps. I love it! Had a new fence put in and Nick and Matt did an excellent job! Very professional and they did great work.

We have been clients of Reliable Home Improvement since 2018. At that time we had the front of the house wrapped in vinyl and new concrete poured. The job was completed on time and to our approval. The next projects to tackle were the outdoor turf and vinyl siding for the back of the house. This is when we met our new sales consultant Jared Rice. He is great to work with, very personable, knowledgeable about the company, knows the techniques required for project completion, and is available for any questions or concerns that need to be addressed. We are currently looking at having the master bathroom completed and without hesitation Jared was the first call. For any further improvements that need to be addressed, he will continue to be our first call.

I have used reliable for years. This time was remodel bathrooms and laundry room and paint. Dallas is the best. Great personality and worked with my budget as always. Destiny helped with all my question and where to shop my needs. Jason and Bryan did awesome job they worked hard arrived on time and listen and talked over my wishes gave me lots of ideas tile job is great. And thank you Thomas for painting that awful color I had good job. Reliable is always here for me .

I hired Reliable Home Improvement, Inc. for concrete work, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Their bobcat leaked oil all over my driveway, leaving a large stain, and they have made no effort to address or repair the damage (outside of dish soap and a brush) despite multiple attempts to contact them. Even worse, before pouring the new concrete, they removed my garage cabinets and left them outside in the sun since June 27, 2025. We are now halfway through August, and the cabinets are still sitting outside, exposed to the elements and deteriorating. The cherry on top was that they broke an exterior light which they installed but haven’t been refunded for the cost of the light which I went out and bought. We have reached out multiple times to my point of contacts, but I haven’t heard back. This level of unresponsiveness and disregard for a customer’s property is unacceptable. It feels like they have no intention of fixing the damage to my driveway or returning my cabinets to where they belong. We hope we hear back soon to schedule the reinstallation of my cabinets and to see what we are going to do about the driveway.
