I enjoy this yoga studio so much! I have so much tension in my back and shoulders and after every class, I feel a little bit better. The space is great. The teachers are great. I would recommend this studio to anyone. There is an elevator available in the building for those who cannot go up three floors on the stairs. Yoga mats are available to rent at a price of two dollars per class, which is very reasonable. They do a great job of cleaning up the studio after each class. I look forward to coming here every week!

Be Brave yoga is the real deal. Danielle has put her heart and soul into that studio and the community she built speaks for itself. Go join that community. Everyone is welcome, and you will be so happy that you're a part of the Be Brave yoga family.
