I’ve been a loyal client since March 2024 and have done several services including laser, facials, brow laminations, and product purchases. The only reason I’ve continued coming back is because of Bianca and Hieu Tran—they are both incredibly professional, kind, and truly care about their clients. Bianca has guided me through my skincare journey and always delivers exceptional service. Hieu is equally amazing, warm, and welcoming. They are the heart of this business, and I would absolutely follow them wherever they go. That said, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I booked a brow lamination appointment with Arianna for June 25 at 5:30 PM. I received a confirmation text, was asked to complete a form, and paid a $30 deposit. From my end, everything was confirmed. It wasn’t until I messaged Arianna directly that I was told she doesn't take appointments after 5 PM and that the system had made an error. There was no communication from the business to inform me—not even after seeing the booking and deposit. To make matters worse, instead of taking accountability or trying to offer a solution, I was told in a follow-up message that I should consider finding another provider who suits my availability better. That was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful, especially considering how long I’ve been a client. This isn’t about the deposit (which I only received back after asking). It’s about the complete lack of communication, responsibility, and respect for my time. I scheduled this in advance around travel plans, and the handling of the situation was unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Because if it weren’t for Bianca and Hieu, I wouldn’t be returning—and if they ever leave, I’ll gladly follow them elsewhere.

I got powder ombré brows done here by @Ct.beautique ! It was a great experience ✨I was impressed with how professional, knowledgeable and skillful Cindy was. I am in loved with my brows and definitely coming back in the future to get them done again. The place itself is modern, clean and a relaxing environment to be in. I would highly recommend checking out the services here. The staff are welcoming and they even gave me a cute gift for the holidays!

I’ve been going here for a while now and they’re honestly the sweetest. Ariana is very thorough with her brow shaping, and gives you exactly what you ask for. The appointment booking process is really fast, with quick responses as well. I honestly love them!!
