Be Well Studios is a gem with its warm, welcoming environment and awesome boot camp classes! As someone who’s out of shape, I was nervous at first, but the friendly atmosphere instantly made me feel at home—just note the entrance is in the back, which threw me off initially. The boot camp classes are fantastic—high-energy, well-structured, and led by instructors who encourage you to push your limits at your own pace while keeping it fun. It’s the perfect spot to get back into fitness with support and motivation every step of the way. Highly recommend!

This place is epic! My first experience after arriving here from Wellington, New Zealand. Super friendly and warm staff. Very educated and helpful. The space is huge with so much equipment. Everything you need plus there are yoga classes ran underneath and a sauna. I love that it is ran by women and feels extremely inclusive and non-intimidating. I asked for a little help using the squat bar and was given friendly guidance by one of the staff, Justine. Feeling so inspired by this hub and they’re beautiful Community ,and happy to see them thriving with lots of people arriving for a guided workout

Favourite gym in the city! Space is beautiful, instructors are amazing and so encouraging, classes are challenging but adaptable. Love coming here!!
