We had our boiler breakdown just before Christmas and had another company out to look at it, they advised the boiler couldn't be fixed, was too old and needed replacement. Rang this company for a second opinion, and he came out this week and replaced the heat exchanger, boiler now fully working and we have hot water again, I can't thank them enough, saved us £3k on a new boiler.
