Beach Rotana

The Beach Rotana is a short 20 minute ride by taxi from Abu Dhabi International Airport. The Hotel has many speciality restaurants which you can pay a little extra for and go Premier all Inclusive which includes these restaurants and on the recommendation of our travel agent we did and were not disappointed. I can say that it was well worth it as certain alcoholic beverages were also included. I would say if you are thinking of staying here it is a no brainer. The main buffet for breakfast and lunch was abundant in so many choices and was excellent. The beach area was lovely to relax around with many sun loungers as was the swimming pool area. Our room whilst a little dated was more than adequate for our 9 day stay which we thoroughly enjoyed. If shopping is your bag there is a mall right next to the hotel and you can access it directly from the hotel. Everything about our stay was positive apart from a couple of things that management might like to consider. 1. Children running around the buffet areas unaccompanied by adults picking up items and putting them back on the buffet which is very unhygienic. ||2. Smoking in many parts of the hotel and also for example in some restaurants people were smoking inside whilst people were eating.

Just returned from another week at this fabulous hotel.||We are well traveled and there’s nothing like it anywhere we’ve ever been.||||Michelin star rated restaurants and fine dining at its best, all part of the Dine Around package. ||Super rooms and facilities.||||Food and beverage service in all outlets is truly 5 star||||Bayview pool.||The F&B service from all the guys overseen by Navin is superb great drinks and food delivered to your sun loungers.||||Garden bar.||Taj, Precious and the guys are so good working tirelessly to please.||If you go find Michael this guy is so funny and will make your evening.||||The Indian. ||Tanika and the team …….Wow truly the best Indian food you will ever taste all served with passion.||||Trader Vicks. ||Chef Jimmy, Kalvin and the team in the restaurant and the guys on the bar for the Wow cocktail’s.||||Rodeo steak house.||A must for the finest steaks ever, great food and service.||||Finz fish restaurant||The best……. Go off piste from the menu and treat yourself to the grilled Canadian lobster, you won’t be disappointed.||||If you get fed up with the fine dining in the outlets go for the fine dining in the buffet, YES it really is.||||Special thanks to Yousef and the guys in reception.||Yousef your a credit to the hotel and you customer service skills are above and beyond. Thank you.||||It was also nice for CB to stop and chat to us on a couple of occasions.||||Well done Team Rotana for another special stay.

A lovely hotel. Lovely pool area, great restaurant choice, great staff. We had a two bed apartment and were very impressed. We had to walk outside along the road to go in the main entrance of the hotel to get to the swimming pool and beach. It would be better if there was an entrance from the apartments. Other than that - a great stay and would definitely recommend to other. Location great just by shopping mall.
