The food had a great presentation, but the flavor and tenderness of my fish was average. Not bad, but nothing amazing. The place itself is nice and bright and lively. Service was quick, and the staff were friendly enough. I feel like this place might be popular for their selection of desserts, but I didn't try any. Those with a sweet tooth might want to check it out.

I had a wonderful experience at Symposium Cafe in Oakville. As someone who needs gluten-free options, I was really impressed with the variety available and how clearly everything was explained. It’s refreshing to dine somewhere that takes dietary needs seriously without making it feel like an inconvenience. The service truly stood out—Lori and Thomas were exceptional. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, making sure everything was just right from start to finish. Their professionalism and warmth made the meal even more enjoyable. Great experience at Symposium Restaurant! It was our first time visiting, and we really enjoyed it. We ordered a pitcher of sangria, veggie flatbread, and calamari to start. Everything was delicious. For our mains, we had the ribs and wings and the fettuccini is to die for. Portions were big and the food was very tasty. Special shout-out to Eloisa and Gretel who kept checking on us and always giving us the warmest smiles. excellent service you guys! We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
