절대 방문하지 마세요. 유리제품을 비닐로 꽁꽁 포장하면 안보이는 걸 노리고 더 싼 제품으로 바꿔치기 합니다. 지난주에 엄마랑 이곳에 방문했습니다. 이번 이탈리아 여행에서 무라노섬에 방문하지 못해 아쉬웠는데 무라노섬 기념품 판매점이 있다니 너무 기뻤습니다. 우리는 유리제품을 캐리어에 넣고 이동해야됐기때문에 비교적 안전할 것 같은 액자를 골랐습니다. 처음에 빨간색 큰사이즈의 액자 한개만 사려고했는데 직원이 포장하는 동안 조금 더 둘러본 뒤 검정색 큰사이즈 액자도 사기로 했습니다. 집에와서 뜯어보니 먼저 골라서 포장하고 있었던 빨간색 액자는 없고 작은사이즈의 검정색 액자가 들어있었습니다. 이것은 가격이 훨씬 저렴했던 물건입니다. 직원은 2개 사니까 물건 가격을 깎아주는 척 하고 싸구려 제품으로 바꿔치기했습니다. 그래서 처음에 현금결제를 유도했나봅니다. 이것은 사기입니다. I was sorry that I couldn't visit Murano Island on this trip to Italy, but I was so happy that there was a souvenir shop on Murano Island. We chose a frame that would be relatively safe because we had to move the glass product in our carrier. At first, I was going to buy only one large red frame, but after looking around a little more while the staff packed it, I decided to buy a large black frame as well. When I got home, I opened it and found that there was no red frame that I was picking and packaging first, but a small black frame. This was much cheaper. The staff pretended to cut the price when I bought two, and switched to a cheap one. So I guess that's why I first induced a cash payment. This is a scam.

직원의 실수였을수도 있기 때문에 메일도 보냈고 리뷰에도 썼습니다. 메일은 답변도 없고 정말 뻔뻔하네요. 우리는 63유로짜리 두개의 액자를 골랐습니다. 직원은 현금으로 하면 10%를 깎아준다고 했지만 우리는 현금이 없어서 카드로 결제할 수 밖에 없었습니다. 두 개 사니까 할인을 조금이라도 해줄 수 있냐고 물아봤더니 직원이 10%보다는 적게 가능하다면서 "사장"에게 물어보겠다고 했어요. 사장과 통화한 뒤 6유로를 깎아줄 수 있다고 해서 120유로를 카드로 결제했습니다. 이 사진을 보면 작은 액자는 50유로도 안되기 때문에 당신들은 사기를 친게 맞습니다. 결제시간은 한국시간으로 표시됐기때문에 로마시간으로는 Feb.09 12:56 입니다. The staff said they would give us a 10% discount if we paid in cash, but we had no choice but to pay by credit card because we didn't have any cash. When I asked them if they could give us a discount even if we bought two, the staff said they could give us less than 10%, and she said she would ask "boss." After talking to the boss on the phone, she said she could give us a 6 euro discount, so I paid 120 euros by credit card. If you look at this picture, a small frame costs less than 50 euros, so you are right to cheat. The payment time is marked in Korean time, so it is Feb.09 12:56 in Roman time.

Happened to walk by this store while on vacation in August. They have incredible pieces from cufflinks to wines toppers.The salesman are professional and the owner is especially knowledgable and amenable to negotiating. I would recommend this store for anyone wishing to purchase great Murano glass at a reasonable price.
