Sarah DaviesI stayed here during my first visit to Street. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Both the evening and morning staff spent time chatting to me and gave me tips where to visit. As a lone female traveller, this was much appreciated. The bedroom was a decent size, and I didn't hear any noise from the other guests. The only tiny negative I have is that the toilet paper was poor quality, compared to everything else. A big plus side for me is that they used Dove products in the bathroom and offered coffee bags, which I now prefer! I took a star off for food, as I found the portion size was small for the price. I highly recommend, and looking forward to returning soon!
Kate DunphyI was a little disappointed to discover our room was quite a distance from the main hotel and this was not stated on the booking. I was staying on my own with my young daughter and I felt quite unsafe being put in a flat across the road from the hotel. The room was clean and serviceable but very dated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely and very reasonably priced. I would consider staying again if we could be nearer the main hotel.

All very good only complain the hot water not working in the handbasin! heating not on either but to be honest it did not matter.. Food was excellent 😋and so was one particular staff ..very helpful and jolly! which makes such a difference in the world today! 😊
Joe ChestermanGreen King Inn standards are held up well here. We stayed at the hotel and dined at the restaurant. You always know you will get great food and a decent accommodation. The restaurant and gardens have a great atmosphere and it was very relaxing. The building has some very interesting history and they built on that. It’s family friendly, with a play area and I felt comfortable having food and allowing the children to play as it’s self contained. There is parking to the rear of the hotel and restaurant which has electric parking and other spaces. The parking is covered if you see them in the bar when purchasing food or drink or staying. You are just off the high street and near to Clark’s village. It’s a thriving area and quite pleasant to wander.
